For the accompanying Canvas course associated with the GIS internship capstone, we were tasked with creating/updating our LinkedIn profiles. To update my profile I added my internship at Escambia County Marine Resources Division in Pensacola FL. I also added the GIS certificate I am pursuing and the skills I have learned in the process. In addition, I also followed a couple of GIS user groups to see the advances being made and the available job opportunities. Hopefully these updates will help me reach a greater pool of GIS professionals.
