This was the first week of GIS Programming. This exercise was to get us familiar with flowcharting, symbology, and Python. To accomplish this we ran a few simple scripts in IDLE and ArcGIS Pro Notebook. My first experience with coding was biostatistics using R Studio so I am looking forward to learning a new program. The most challenging part of this module for me, was finding The Zen of Python reading required. As with the rest of my GIS courses, I will be looking into a lot of things and watching a lot of videos to help me! We are just dipping our toes into Python and what that means but it seems like this will be much different than previous courses and I'm looking forward to discovering new ways I can implement that I already know.
