This week we were instructed to use Google Earth to create a dot density map and Google Earth tour. The water feature layer was created in ArcGIS Pro and exported as a KMZ file so it could be added to the Google Earth map. Placing the legend and layers was not difficult in Google Earth, but they did not lay very well on the interactive map. The most challenging part was timing the tour. Maybe the processing power of my computer was not strong enough but the video came out very choppy. In my opinion, ArcGIS Pro creates a better looking final product than Google Earth.
