This week we geocoded the locations of schools in Manatee County, Florida. To accomplish this, we downloaded the school locations from the Florida Department of Education website. This information was then transferred to excel to create a table of school names, types, addresses, cities, and zip codes. The table was uploaded to the ArcGIS Pro map, and the points missing geolocation were updated. Finally, the map was exported to the ArcGIS Online website.
